According to ISO9001 Quality System request, we have applied full sets of inspection instruments to arrange the testing from raw material to final parts,. We use spectrum testing instrument to test the raw material. During production, we use calipers, microcalipers, thread gauges, go/no no gauges, projector, CMM and other inspection equipments to control the quality. Before delivery, all parts will also be tested again to make sure all parts are well gauged in right tolerance.
