Processing center operation skills
As a skilled operator, you must understand the requirements, process flow and characteristics of the machine tool before operating the machine tool to complete various processing tasks.
1) The fixture shall have as few parts as possible and a high stiffness.
2) Ensure that the processing content of the workpiece is completely completed within the travel range of the main shaft.
3) The bottom surface of the fixture contacts with the workbench. The flatness of the base base must be between 0.01-0.02 mm and the surface roughness must not be greater than 3.2 microns
4) In order to ensure that the installation direction of the parts is consistent with the direction of the workpiece coordinate system and the machine tool coordinate system selected in the programming, the installation is directional.
5) It can be removed in a short time and replaced with a fixture suitable for the new workpiece. Because the auxiliary time of the machining center is very short, the matching clamp will not take too much time.
6) For the machining center with interactive bench, the fixture design must prevent spatial interference between the fixture and the machine tool due to the movement, upper support, lower support and rotation.
7) The fixture should be opened as far as possible, and the space position of the clamping element should be lower than the lower part. The installed fixture must not interfere with the tool path of the working step.
8) Try to complete all the processing contents once. When the clamp point needs to be replaced, special attention should be paid not to damage the positioning accuracy caused by replacing the clamp point, and it should be explained in the process document if necessary.
9) To simplify positioning and installation, each positioning surface of the fixture shall have an accurate coordinate size relative to the origin of the machining center.
